Create N Fight Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Create N Fight, including the mobile game, support website, game features, purchases, ads, and related services.

Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Create N Fight, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About the Game

Create N Fight is a mobile battle game where players build fighters, unlock mutations, upgrade characters, earn in-game rewards, and battle through levels and arenas. Game balance, rewards, prices, character stats, availability, and features may change over time.

Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure your use of Create N Fight is allowed where you live and that you have any required permission from a parent or guardian.

License to Use the App

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Create N Fight for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, distribute, or create unauthorized versions of the app or its content.

In-Game Progress and Virtual Items

• XP, DNA, upgrades, unlocked fighters, rewards, presets, and similar items are virtual game features only.
• Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed for real money.
• Progress may be affected by updates, balance changes, bugs, device changes, app deletion, or loss of local data.

Purchases and Remove Ads

• Create N Fight may offer optional in-app purchases, including Remove Ads.
• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and subscription policies.
• Remove Ads is intended to remove forced ads where applicable. Optional rewarded-ad style bonuses may still be available as claimable bonuses for players who own Remove Ads.
• Prices, products, and availability may vary by region and may change over time.

Ads and Rewarded Bonuses

• Create N Fight uses Google Mobile Ads/AdMob and may show ads, including optional rewarded ads and forced interstitial ads at natural transition points after battles.
• Rewarded bonuses are granted only when the app confirms that the ad or reward condition has been completed.
• Watching an ad may provide extra XP, DNA, recovery, revive, or other in-game benefits, but ad rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed outside the game.
• Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on network connection, device settings, region, ad inventory, and third-party ad providers.
• Forced interstitial ads are removed for players who purchase Remove Ads, but optional rewarded bonus flows may still be offered as claimable or ad-supported bonuses depending on the app version.

Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, manipulate rewards, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
• Do not use Create N Fight in a way that violates law, harms the app, harms other users, or attempts to bypass purchases or ads.
• Do not access or attempt to access systems, services, or data that you are not authorized to use.

iCloud Backup and Device Data

The app may offer optional backup and restore features. You are responsible for maintaining your device, Apple ID, iCloud settings, and backups. Backup and restore features are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to prevent data loss.

Updates and Availability

Create N Fight may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, current app version, supported device, App Store access, or third-party service availability.

Intellectual Property

Create N Fight, including its name, artwork, characters, gameplay systems, code, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by the developer or licensed for use in the app. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any app content to you.

Feedback

If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, suggestions, or other comments, you allow the developer to use them without restriction or compensation to improve Create N Fight or related services.

No Warranty

Create N Fight is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranties are made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of progress, loss of virtual items, loss of data, or inability to use the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. The developer may suspend or limit access to features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or attempt to bypass app systems.

Apple

Your download and use of Create N Fight through the App Store is also subject to Apple's terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for the app's content, support, maintenance, or claims related to the app except as required by applicable App Store terms or law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
